Ever wondered how to combat the pervasive negativity in today's world? Ten years ago, I faced a wave of toxic energy from some close friends, magnified by social media's negativity. This challenge led me to discover the transformative power of Healing Breathwork: Releasing Toxic & Cancerous Energy, inspired by the Emerald Tablet, Carl Jung, and Laozi. This practice became my key to resilience and well-being.

Before the onset of sleep, inspired by Laozi “Tao Te Ching” Chapter 21, I kept seeing images of the brain in my dreams. This led me to research brain synchronization, where I discovered the work of Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. In 1839, Dove found that binaural beats could synchronize the brain's hemispheres. This concept was later developed by Monroe Institute with support from the US military and CIA. These insights led me to develop methods for left-right brain synchronization, Healing Frequency: Releasing Toxic & Cancerous Energy, supported by hundreds of tests with a specially designed soundtrack that enhances the synchronization effect.

The Healing Breathwork: Releasing Toxic & Cancerous Energy Practice

The Healing Breathwork: Releasing Toxic & Cancerous Energy is a powerful practice designed to help you release negative energy and promote healing at both physical and subconscious levels. Here's how to perform this breathwork:

Find a Quiet Space: Ensure you are in a calm and quiet environment where you won't be disturbed.

Sit Comfortably or Lay on the Bed: Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and your hands resting on your knees, or lay on the bed if that’s more comfortable.

Deep Inhale: Begin by taking deep, slow breaths into your stomach through your nose. Inhale Golden Energy: As you inhale, visualize golden energy entering through your third eye (located between your eyebrows). Allow this brilliant, shining energy to fill your body, expanding it to the edge of the universe. Imagine the Toxic & Cancerous Energy in your body as black ink in a small bottle becoming insignificant.

Pause and Give Gratitude: Pause at the end of your inhale and give gratitude for the healing energy you are receiving.

Exhale and Release Toxic Energy: As you exhale, sense the toxic energy and cancer cells flowing out through your mouth. Visualize yourself as a conscious witness outside your body, observing your body shrinking like a bellow, condensing into a shining diamond. Allow yourself to yawn and tear if that happens.

Pause and Listen: Pause at the end of your exhale and listen to the pause of the silence, take a glance at your heart make sure it is free of toxic energy.

Apply Detached Mindfulness: As you breathe, apply detached mindfulness to any toxic energy within you. Observe it without attachment and allow it to dissipate with each exhale.

Use the Soundtrack: Play the "Healing Frequency: Releasing Toxic & Cancerous Energy" soundtrack in the background to enhance synchronization and deepen your practice.

Continue for 30-90 Minutes: Maintain this breathing pattern for 30-90 minutes, or as long as you feel comfortable.

Regular practice can help clear toxic energy, improve mental clarity, and boost overall well-being. You will start to yawn after the correct practice and experience more vivid dreams to direct your life.

Detached Mindfulness Practice

Embrace Detached Mindfulness for Inner Peace and Clarity

Detached mindfulness is a powerful practice that allows you to observe your thoughts and emotions without attachment, leading to greater inner peace and clarity. By practicing detached mindfulness, you can cultivate a sense of calm and awareness that helps you navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience. Here’s how to incorporate detached mindfulness into your daily routine:

Find any moment: Detached mindfulness can be practiced anytime—whether you're walking, talking, eating, or in a conflict.

How to start Detachment Easily: By going to the pause between inhale and exhale, you create a space for detachment, bringing clarity and alertness into your daily life, and allowing you to navigate moments with awareness.

Observe Without Judgment: As you continue to breathe, begin to observe thoughts and emotions as they arise. Imagine you are watching clouds pass by in the sky. Each thought or emotion is a cloud that comes from the brain of the universe and then drifts away. Keep a distant, be detachedly mindful, it has nothing to do with you.

Label The Thoughts: To help maintain detachment, gently label thoughts as they arise. For example, if you notice a thought about work, label it "work." If an emotion arises, such as anxiety or happiness, label it accordingly. This labeling helps create a sense of separation between you and the(thought created by universe) thoughts or emotions.

Return to Your Breath: If you find yourself getting caught up in a particular thought or emotion, gently guide your attention back to your breath. Use your breath as an anchor to bring you back to the present moment.

Practice Non-Attachment: As you observe your thoughts and emotions, practice non-attachment. Remind yourself that you are not your thoughts or emotions; you are the observer. Allow them to come and go without clinging to them or pushing them away. Just say "OH" to recognize each moment, whether pleasant or unpleasant.

Embrace the Present Moment: Focus on the sensations in your body, the sounds around you, and the rhythm of your breath. Embrace the present moment fully, without judgment or distraction.
